With spring coming up, this video is a very good addition to my workout collection. The chirping of the birds and the sunny and cloudless blue sky really get me in the mood for spring. I especially like that there are also scenes in which you can see the forest from the outside so that it makes you feel like you are in a park with many trees. This variety is really good I think as there you have a more open view to the beautiful sky. A great video.
