I did not know that cycling can be this calming. This video is so relaxing to watch and the temple garden looks so lovely with the great architecture and colorful flowers in it. I love using this video when I just want to relax a bit but still want to do some exercising on my ergometer. What I also like about this video is that it has this nice soothing music.
