This video definitely gets 2 thumbs up for its creative approach. On a gorgeous sunny day, the colors of the city shine as the palm trees sway in the breeze and you enjoy the gentle clopping of the horse's hooves. That being said, it was difficult to get in a workout "zone" knowing the horse was doing all of the work. The proximity of so much traffic zooming by is disconcerting (although apparently not to the horse.) If you are at all prone to motion sickness, the vertical movement of the horse while you are moving through a horizontal plane may make you want to pass on this particular 14 minute trip.
