Tarpon are large, powerful fish known for their shiny silver scales, acrobatic jumps,
and endurance. They are extremely strong and can jump up to 10 feet out of the
water.
They belong to the Megalopidae family and are often called the "Silver King" due
to their majestic appearance and size. Found in warm coastal waters, estuaries,
lagoons, and rivers.
