PERMITTED USES
• Films and documentaries
• TV broadcast, cable, OTT, and streaming platforms
• Paid commercials for TV, cinema, streaming, and online use
• Corporate and brand productions, including paid client campaigns
• Apps, games, software, and interactive media
• In-venue displays such as events, exhibitions, and retail screens
NOT PERMITTED
• Reselling, redistributing, sharing, uploading, or giving away the raw clips
• Repackaging clips into any stock library, bundle, template, or pack
• Claiming ownership of the original footage
• Using the footage as a standalone product or downloadable asset
CLIENT USE
• Allowed when included in a finished production delivered to a client
• Raw clips may not be transferred for reuse as stock footage

Cinematic Creator Packs License
Monetization-friendly clip packs for filmmakers, content creators, and digital professionals. This is a non-exclusive, royalty-free creator license for use in finished projects.
- ✔ Permitted Platforms. Use the assets in finished creator projects on social media, YouTube, websites, online ads, videos, podcasts, presentations, and client deliverables.
- ✔ Monetization Allowed. Projects containing these assets may be monetized on creator platforms and web channels where you publish your content.
- ✔ Editing Allowed. You may cut, trim, loop, time-adjust, color-match, and synchronize the assets as part of your project.
- ✔ Client Work Covered. You may produce projects for clients. Clients are covered only for the finished project and do not receive the raw assets.
- ✖ No Resale / Stand-Alone Distribution. You may not resell, re-license, redistribute, share, or upload the assets as stand-alone files, stock items, templates, or packs.
- ✖ Not for Broadcast or Streaming Apps. This license does not cover broadcast TV, cinema/OTT broadcast, or use inside streaming apps or services.
- ✖ Not for Embedded / Console Systems. Use in consoles or embedded commercial systems (e.g., fitness machines, kiosks, in-store hardware playback) is not permitted under this Creator License.
- ✖ No Content-ID / Trademark Claims. You may not register the assets or projects in a way that restricts other users, nor use the assets as logos or trademarks.
- ✖ Lawful Use Only. Assets may not be used in illegal, hateful, pornographic, defamatory, or rights-violating content.
