Commercial License (Video)

This Commercial License allows a buyer (“you”) to use a purchased video (“the Asset”) in commercial, promotional, and advertising projects, including paid campaigns and brand marketing. It is intended for businesses, agencies, and creators producing content that supports or generates revenue.

Quick Summary

• Allowed: business use, marketing, promotions, and paid ads (including boosted posts).
• Allowed: client work and campaigns where the Asset appears in the final deliverable.
• Not allowed: resale/redistribution of the raw file, selling the Asset as a standalone product, or claiming ownership.

What You May Do

• Use the Asset in commercial videos for your business or brand (websites, landing pages, product pages, and online channels).
• Use the Asset in paid advertising (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, boosted posts, sponsored placements).
• Use the Asset in promotional content, product/service marketing, brand campaigns, and social media ads.
• Use the Asset in client work (agency/freelance) as part of a finished project delivered to a client.
• Edit the Asset freely (trim, crop, color-grade, add graphics/titles, combine with other media) as part of your project.
• Use the Asset in presentations, pitch decks, webinars, and internal corporate videos.

What You May NOT Do

• Resell, sublicense, share, gift, or redistribute the Asset as a file (including uploading it to stock marketplaces).
• Sell or publish the Asset as a standalone product, template, “raw clip pack,” or downloadable library.
• Allow third parties to extract the Asset for reuse (e.g., providing the raw file to multiple clients as stock).
• Claim ownership of the Asset, register it as a trademark/logo, or represent it as exclusively yours.
• Use the Asset in unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or misleading contexts.

Client Work (Clarification)

Client work is permitted when the Asset is incorporated into a final deliverable (e.g., an edited video ad or promotional video). This license does not allow you to transfer or resell the raw Asset file to a client as stock footage for reuse.

Attribution

Attribution is not required unless your checkout or download page explicitly says otherwise.
