Commercial License for Digital Movies (3 Years)

This Commercial License allows the purchaser (“you”) to use the purchased Digital Movie (“the Asset”) in professional commercial products, systems, equipment, applications, installations, broadcast productions, and customer-facing business services for 3 years from the date of purchase.

What You May Do

• Integrate the Digital Movie into mobile apps, software, digital platforms, and commercial systems.
• Use it on gym, fitness, wellness, and exercise equipment with built-in screens or entertainment systems.
• Use it in hotels, gyms, spas, healthcare facilities, offices, retail spaces, showrooms, and other commercial environments.
• Use it in digital signage, kiosks, interactive displays, waiting-area systems, and commercial installations.
• Use it in television, cable, streaming, OTT, branded productions, and professional commercial broadcasts.
• Use it in exhibitions, expos, trade shows, corporate presentations, and branded customer experiences.
• Include it within commercial subscription services or customer-facing platforms where users cannot access the original file.
• Add your own logo, company name, text, titles, information, captions, overlays, or business branding.
• Edit, trim, crop, enhance, color grade, or adapt the Digital Movie for integration into your commercial product or service.

What You May NOT Do

• Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the original Digital Movie file.
• Sell or publish the Digital Movie as a standalone download, stock video, media library item, or digital product.
• Provide the original Digital Movie file to another company, client, or third party for independent reuse.
• Allow users or customers to extract, download, copy, or access the original Digital Movie file from your app, equipment, platform, or system.
• Claim ownership or register the original Digital Movie as your own intellectual property.
• Begin new commercial use after the 3-year license period without renewal.

Commercial Integration

The Digital Movie may be incorporated into commercial equipment, apps, software, display systems, entertainment systems, broadcast productions, and business services where it forms part of the overall product or customer experience and is not supplied as a standalone media file.

Branding & Modification

You may add your own branding, logos, text, titles, information, captions, and visual overlays, and may adapt the Digital Movie for your commercial system, equipment, production, or presentation. These modifications do not transfer ownership of the original Digital Movie.

License Term

This Commercial License is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Continued commercial operation or new commercial use after the license period expires requires renewal or purchase of a new license.

Attribution is not required unless stated otherwise.
