Broadcast Commercial License (1Year)

This Broadcast Commercial License (Per Year) allows a buyer (“you”) to use the purchased asset (“the Asset”) in television, streaming, and large-scale commercial productions for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. It is designed for broadcasters, production companies, and brands requiring time-limited broadcast rights.

Quick Summary

Allowed: TV broadcast, streaming platforms, OTT, and paid campaigns (1-year term).

Allowed: commercial use, advertising, and client productions.

Not allowed: resale, redistribution, or use beyond the licensed period.

What You May Do

• Use the Asset in television broadcasts, cable, and satellite programming.
• Use on streaming and OTT platforms (including monetized channels).
• Use in advertising campaigns (TV commercials, digital ads, cinema ads).
• Use in films, documentaries, and professional productions.
• Use in client work within a final broadcast-ready project.
• Edit freely (trim, crop, mix, color-grade, combine with other media).

What You May NOT Do

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw Asset file.
• Sell or publish the Asset as a standalone product or media library.
• Provide the raw file to third parties for reuse.
• Claim ownership or register the Asset as your own intellectual property.
• Use the Asset in unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.

License Duration

This license is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Continued use beyond this period requires renewal or purchase of a new license.

Client Work

Client work is permitted when the Asset is included in a final production. The raw file may not be transferred or sold to clients for independent reuse.

Attribution

Attribution is not required unless stated otherwise.

Renewal & Extended Rights

To continue usage after one year, you must renew this license. For perpetual or exclusive broadcast rights, please contact us for a custom agreement.
