Commercial Sound License (1 Year)

This Commercial Sound License allows the purchaser (“you”) to use purchased audio (“the Asset”) in commercial, promotional, and revenue-generating projects for 1 year from the date of purchase. It is intended for businesses, agencies, filmmakers, and content creators using sound in professional productions.

Allowed: client work where the audio is part of a final production.

Not allowed: resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or standalone use of the raw audio file.

What You May Do

• Use the Asset in commercial videos, films, advertisements, podcasts, and online content.
• Use in paid advertising including YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, TV ads, and radio ads.
• Use in marketing materials, brand campaigns, and promotional content.
• Use in monetized and revenue-generating productions.
• Use in client work within a completed final production.
• Edit, cut, loop, mix, layer, adjust volume, or add effects as part of your production.
• Use in apps, games, presentations, and digital experiences.

What You May NOT Do

• Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the raw audio file.
• Sell or publish the Asset as a standalone product, sound library, stock audio file, or downloadable pack.
• Provide the raw audio file to clients or third parties for independent reuse.
• Claim ownership or register the Asset as your original composition.
• Use the Asset in unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful content.

Client Work

Client work is permitted when the audio is embedded within a completed final production. The raw audio file may not be transferred, sublicensed, or resold to clients for independent reuse.

License Term

This Commercial Sound License is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. A new license is required for new commercial use after the license period expires.

Attribution

Attribution is not required unless stated otherwise.
