Creator Sound License

This license allows the purchaser to use the purchased audio (“the Asset”) in personal, creative and non-commercial projects. It is intended for individual creators, hobbyists, students and social media users whose content does not generate revenue.

YOU MAY

• Use the Asset in personal videos, vlogs, reels, short films and creative edits.
• Use it on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and similar platforms for non-commercial and non-monetized content.
• Use it in personal websites, portfolios and creative showcases that do not generate revenue.
• Use it in school projects, presentations and non-commercial educational or creative work.
• Cut, loop, mix, layer, adjust volume, add effects or combine the Asset with other media as part of your creative project.

YOU MAY NOT

• Use the Asset in monetized videos, paid content, advertisements, sponsorships, brand deals or business marketing.
• Use the Asset in commercial products, apps, games, client work, professional productions or paid services.
• Resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the original audio file.
• Sell or publish the Asset as a standalone sound, track, stock audio file, sound library or downloadable pack.
• Provide the original audio file to another person, company or third party for independent use.
• Claim ownership, authorship or register the Asset as your own original audio.

MONETIZATION

This Creator Sound License is for non-commercial use only. If your project generates revenue through advertising, platform monetization, sponsorships, subscriptions, brand partnerships, client work, sales or other commercial activity, a Commercial Sound License is required.

Attribution is not required unless stated otherwise.
