Creator Sound License

This Creator Sound License allows a buyer (“you”) to use purchased audio (“the Asset”) for personal, creative, and non-commercial content. It is intended for individual creators, hobbyists, and social media users who do not use the Asset for revenue-generating purposes.

Quick Summary

Allowed: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and similar platforms (non-commercial use).

Not allowed: commercial use, paid ads, or redistribution of the raw audio file.

What You May Do

• Use the Asset in personal videos, vlogs, reels, and creative edits.
• Use in social media content (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) for non-commercial purposes.
• Edit freely (cut, loop, mix, adjust volume, add effects, combine with other media).
• Use in school projects, presentations, and non-profit creative work.

What You May NOT Do

• Use the Asset for commercial purposes, including ads, sponsorships, or business marketing.
• Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the raw audio file.
• Sell or publish the Asset as a standalone sound, track, or downloadable pack.
• Provide the raw file to third parties for reuse.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the Asset.

Monetization

This license is strictly for non-commercial use. If your content generates revenue (ads, sponsorships, brand deals, or business use), you must upgrade to a Commercial Sound License.

Attribution

Attribution is not required unless stated otherwise.
