Personal Use License (Video)

This Personal Use License allows an individual buyer (“you”) to use a purchased video (“the Asset”) in personal, non-commercial projects. It is designed for hobby use—projects that are not made to generate revenue, advertise, or promote a business, brand, product, service, or client.

What You May Do

• Use the Asset in personal videos such as home movies, travel edits, hobby filmmaking, or personal slideshows.
• Post a finished personal video on your own social accounts only if it is not monetized and not sponsored.
• Edit the Asset (trim, crop, color-grade, add titles, combine with other media) as part of a larger personal project.
• Use the Asset in school or learning projects that are not sold, monetized, or used to promote a business.

What You May NOT Do

• Use the Asset in any project intended to generate revenue (including monetized YouTube/TikTok/Facebook content).
• Use the Asset for business purposes, advertising, marketing, brand promotion, or product/service promotion.
• Use the Asset in sponsored posts, paid partnerships, or paid social ads/boosted posts.
• Use the Asset in work made for a client, employer, agency, or any third party (work-for-hire).
• Resell, sublicense, share, gift, or redistribute the Asset as a file (including uploading it to stock sites).
• Publish the Asset as a standalone download, template, background pack, or “raw clip” library.
• Claim ownership of the Asset, register it as a trademark/logo, or use it as the primary value of a product for sale.
• Use the Asset in unlawful, defamatory, or misleading contexts.

Attribution

Attribution is not required unless your checkout or download page explicitly says otherwise. You may credit the creator if you choose, but it is optional under this license.

If You Need More Rights

If your project involves monetization, sponsorships, ads, business promotion, client work, or brand use, you will need a Commercial (or higher) license. Purchasing a higher-tier license upgrades your rights.
