Creator License (Video)

This Creator License allows a buyer (“you”) to use a purchased video (“the Asset”) for personal, creative, and non-commercial content creation. It is designed for individual creators, hobbyists, and social media users who produce content that does not directly generate revenue.

Quick Summary

Allowed: personal use, social media content, and creative projects (non-monetized).

Allowed: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and similar platforms (non-commercial use).

Not allowed: paid ads, business use, or resale/redistribution of the raw file.

What You May Do

• Use the Asset in personal videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook (non-commercial only).
• Use in creative projects such as vlogs, travel videos, storytelling, and personal edits.
• Edit freely (trim, crop, color-grade, add music, titles, overlays, combine with other media).
• Use in school projects, presentations, or non-profit creative work.

What You May NOT Do

• Use the Asset for commercial purposes, including ads, sponsorships, or business marketing.
• Resell, share, or redistribute the raw Asset file.
• Sell or publish as a standalone product, template, or clip pack.
• Claim ownership of the Asset.

Monetization

This license is strictly for non-commercial use. If your content generates revenue (ads, sponsorships, brand deals), you must upgrade to a Commercial License.

Attribution is not required unless stated otherwise.
