Bird Park Walsrode, known in German as Weltvogelpark Walsrode, is one of the largest and most diverse bird parks in the world. Located in the Lüneburg Heath in Lower Saxony, Germany, it is a major attraction for bird enthusiasts and families alike. 

The park is home to over 4,000 birds representing around 675 species from all continents, making it one of the most species-rich bird parks globally. Visitors can see a wide variety of birds, from colorful parrots and exotic toucans to majestic birds of prey and delicate hummingbirds.

Spanning approximately 24 hectares (about 60 acres), the park features beautifully landscaped gardens, aviaries, and enclosures designed to mimic the natural habitats of the birds. There are themed areas such as tropical houses, wetlands and forest regions, each showcasing different bird species.
