Commercial License

This Commercial License allows a buyer (“you”) to use the purchased asset (“the Asset”) in commercial, promotional, and revenue-generating projects. It is intended for businesses, agencies, and creators producing content for marketing, branding, or monetization.

Quick Summary

Allowed: business use, marketing, promotions, and monetized content.

Allowed: client work where the Asset is part of a final deliverable.

Not allowed: resale, redistribution, or standalone use of the raw file.

What You May Do

• Use the Asset in commercial content such as videos, advertisements, websites, and social media.
• Use in paid advertising (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, sponsored campaigns).
• Use in marketing materials, branding, and promotional campaigns.
• Use in client work (agency or freelance) within a final delivered project.
• Edit, modify, and adapt the Asset (crop, trim, mix, enhance, combine with other media).
• Use in presentations, apps, digital products, and internal business content.

What You May NOT Do

• Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the raw Asset file.
• Sell or publish the Asset as a standalone product, template, or media pack.
• Provide the raw file to clients or third parties for reuse.
• Claim ownership or register the Asset as your own intellectual property.
• Use the Asset in unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.

Client Work

Client work is permitted when the Asset is included in a final deliverable. The raw file may not be transferred or resold for independent reuse.

Attribution

Attribution is not required unless stated otherwise.
