Commercial License for Digital Movies (1 Year)

This license allows the purchaser to use the purchased Digital Movie in professional commercial environments, products, equipment, applications and business services for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

YOU MAY

• Integrate the Digital Movie into mobile apps, software applications and digital platforms.
• Use it on gym, fitness, wellness and exercise equipment with built-in screens or entertainment systems.
• Use it in hotels, spas, gyms, healthcare facilities, offices, retail spaces and other commercial environments.
• Integrate it into digital signage, display systems, kiosks, interactive screens and commercial installations.
• Use it in television, cable, streaming, OTT and professional broadcast productions during the licensed period.
• Use it in branded commercial services, customer experiences and subscription-based platforms.
• Use it in professional presentations, exhibitions, trade shows, showrooms and corporate installations.
• Add your own logo, company name, text, titles, information, overlays or business branding.
• Edit, trim, crop, colour grade or adapt the Digital Movie as required for integration into your commercial product or service.

YOU MAY NOT

• Resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the original Digital Movie file.
• Sell the Digital Movie itself as a standalone product, download, stock video or media library item.
• Provide the original Digital Movie file to another company or third party for independent use.
• Allow customers or users to extract, download or copy the original Digital Movie from your app, equipment, platform or system.
• Claim ownership or register the original Digital Movie as your own intellectual property.
• Begin new commercial use after the 1-year license period without renewing the license.

COMMERCIAL INTEGRATION

The Digital Movie may be incorporated into commercial equipment, apps, software, display systems, entertainment systems and business services where it forms part of the overall customer experience and is not supplied as a standalone media file.

BRANDING & MODIFICATION

You may add your own branding, logos, text, titles, information and visual overlays, and may adapt the Digital Movie to suit your commercial system or presentation. These modifications do not transfer ownership of the original Digital Movie.

1-YEAR LICENSE

This Commercial License is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Continued commercial operation or new commercial use after the license expires requires renewal of the license.
