Public Performance License for Digital Movies (Lifetime)

This license allows the purchaser to publicly display the purchased Digital Movie in care homes, senior living facilities, waiting rooms, presentations, expos, exhibitions, events, community spaces and similar venues.

YOU MAY

• Play the Digital Movie publicly for residents, guests, visitors or customers.
• Use it in care homes, presentations, expos, exhibitions, events and similar public spaces.
• Add your own logo, text, titles, information, overlays or business branding.
• Play the licensed Digital Movie repeatedly for your own organisation, business or presentations.
• Use it at different locations where you are presenting, exhibiting or operating.

YOU MAY NOT

• Resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the original Digital Movie file.
• Offer the Digital Movie as a standalone download, stream or digital product.
• Give the original file to another business, organisation or third party for their independent use.
• Claim ownership of the original Digital Movie.

BRANDING & OVERLAYS

You may add your own logo, company name, text, titles, announcements or other visual overlays. Adding branding does not transfer ownership of the original Digital Movie.

LIFETIME LICENSE

The license does not expire. It remains valid for the original purchaser and the purchased Digital Movie, provided the movie is used in accordance with these license terms.
