$99 USD – ONE LICENSE PER DIGITAL MOVIE TITLE

Use our beautiful nature, travel, walking, cycling, and ambient footage in your own online productions, including monetized YouTube videos, social media content, websites, advertising, and promotional projects.

Important – One License Per Movie

Each $99 Social Media License covers ONE individual World Nature Video Digital Movie title only.

• One Digital Movie title = One $99 license.

• Two different Digital Movie titles = Two separate licenses.

• Nine different Digital Movie titles = Nine separate licenses.

• A license for one movie does not cover any other movie in our collection.

The $99 licensing fee is separate from the purchase price of the Digital Movie.

The specific Digital Movie covered by the license must be identified in the order details or confirmed in writing by World Nature Video.

Quick Summary

ALLOWED:

• YouTube videos, including monetized channels.

• Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.

• Websites, blogs, and online marketing.

• Advertising, sponsored videos, and branded content.

• Editing and combining licensed footage with your own material.

• Repeated use of the same licensed movie in multiple finished online projects.

• Lifetime usage with no annual renewal fees.

NOT ALLOWED:

• Using other Digital Movie titles without their own licenses.

• Reselling or distributing our original movie files.

• Offering our footage as standalone stock footage or downloads.

• Transferring or sublicensing the original movie to others.

• Television, cinema, broadcast, or public performance without the appropriate separate license.

• Claiming ownership or copyright of the original footage.

What You May Do

With a valid Social Media License for the specific Digital Movie, you may:

• Incorporate footage into your own YouTube videos, walking tours, travel documentaries, and other online productions.

• Publish and monetize finished videos on YouTube, subject to YouTube's policies.

• Use footage in social media posts, sponsored content, and digital advertising.

• Include footage in websites, blogs, landing pages, and online promotions.

• Edit, trim, crop, color grade, enhance, or combine footage with other media.

• Add your own narration, music, logos, captions, titles, or branding.

• Reuse footage from the same licensed movie in multiple finished online projects.

What You May NOT Do

The Social Media License does not permit you to:

• Use additional World Nature Video Digital Movie titles without purchasing their individual licenses.

• Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the original movie files.

• Publish the Digital Movie as a standalone product, stock video, media pack, or downloadable file.

• Supply original movie files to clients or third parties for independent reuse.

• Make original footage available for others to download or redistribute.

• Claim ownership of, or register copyright in, the original World Nature Video footage.

• Use footage for television, cinema, broadcasting, or public performance without the appropriate license.

YouTube Monetization

YouTube monetization is permitted.

You may include footage from your licensed Digital Movie in your own completed YouTube productions and earn advertising revenue from those videos.

You may reuse the same licensed movie in multiple finished YouTube productions without purchasing the same license again.

However, each additional World Nature Video movie title requires its own separate Social Media License.

YouTube's own copyright, monetization, and reused-content policies continue to apply. This license does not guarantee YouTube monetization approval or immunity from automated copyright claims.

Client Work

You may incorporate licensed footage into completed online projects created for clients.

The original Digital Movie file may not be transferred, resold, sublicensed, or supplied to clients for independent reuse.

Branding and Editing

You may add your own company name, logo, narration, titles, captions, effects, overlays, and other creative elements.

Editing or branding does not transfer ownership of the original footage or grant rights to other World Nature Video titles.

Lifetime License – No Expiration

Your license is valid for the lifetime of the original purchaser, with no recurring annual fees.

The license:

• Applies to ONE specifically identified Digital Movie title.

• Remains valid for the original purchaser.

• Allows continued use of that licensed movie in multiple completed online projects.

• Covers both existing and future online productions using the licensed footage.

• Does not extend to additional Digital Movie titles.

• Remains subject to all license conditions.

Attribution

Attribution to World Nature Video is not required unless separately specified.

Copyright and Ownership

All original footage remains the intellectual property of World Nature Video or its respective rights holders.

Purchasing a Social Media License grants permission to use the specified Digital Movie under these terms. It does not transfer copyright or ownership.

Before Purchasing

Remember: ONE DIGITAL MOVIE = ONE $99 SOCIAL MEDIA LICENSE.

If you plan to use footage from several different World Nature Video movies, you must purchase a separate Social Media License for each title.
