Social & Web License

This Social & Web License allows a buyer (“you”) to use the purchased asset (“the Asset”) for online content, including social media and websites. It is intended for creators, small businesses, and brands producing digital content for web-based distribution.

Quick Summary

Allowed: social media, websites, and online content.

Allowed: monetized content (ads, YouTube revenue, sponsored posts).

Not allowed: broadcast use, resale, or redistribution of the raw file.

What You May Do

• Use the Asset on websites, blogs, landing pages, and online platforms.
• Use in social media content (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Use in monetized content (YouTube ads, social media ads, sponsored posts).
• Use in digital marketing campaigns and online promotions.
• Use in client work within a final online deliverable.
• Edit freely (trim, crop, mix, enhance, combine with other media).

What You May NOT Do

• Use the Asset for television, cinema, or broadcast distribution.
• Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the raw Asset file.
• Sell or publish the Asset as a standalone product or media pack.
• Provide the raw file to clients or third parties for reuse.
• Claim ownership or register the Asset as your own intellectual property.

Client Work

Client work is permitted when the Asset is included in a final online project. The raw file may not be transferred or resold for independent reuse.

Attribution

Attribution is not required unless stated otherwise.
