What You May Do

• Use the Digital Movie on websites, blogs, landing pages, and online platforms.
• Use it on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and similar social media platforms.
• Use it in monetized videos, advertising, sponsored posts, and branded content.
• Use it in digital marketing campaigns and online promotions.
• Use it in client work when included in a completed online project.
• Add your own logo, text, titles, captions, overlays, or business branding.
• Edit, trim, crop, mix, enhance, color grade, or combine it with other media.

What You May NOT Do

• Use the Digital Movie for cinema, television, broadcast distribution, or public performance without the appropriate license.
• Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the original Digital Movie file.
• Sell or publish the Digital Movie as a standalone product, stock video, media pack, or downloadable file.
• Provide the original file to clients or third parties for independent reuse.
• Upload the original file for others to download or reuse.
• Claim ownership or register the original Digital Movie as your own intellectual property.

Client Work

Client work is permitted when the Digital Movie is included in a completed online project. The original Digital Movie file may not be transferred, resold, sublicensed, or supplied for independent reuse.

Branding & Overlays

You may add your own logo, company name, text, titles, captions, promotional messages, or visual overlays. Adding branding or editing the Digital Movie does not transfer ownership of the original Digital Movie.

Lifetime License

The license does not expire. It remains valid for the original purchaser and the purchased Digital Movie, provided it is used according to these license terms.

Attribution is not required unless stated otherwise.
