Social & Web License (Video)

This Social & Web License allows a buyer (“you”) to use a purchased video (“the Asset”) in online content such as social media posts, websites, and digital channels. It is intended for creators and small teams who publish online content and may monetize through platform ads or sponsorships.

Quick Summary

• Allowed: organic (non-paid) posting on social platforms, websites, and online channels, including monetized content.
• Allowed: brand pages and creator channels (your own business/brand) for online publishing.
• Not allowed: paid advertising, boosted posts, broadcast/TV/OTT, or resale/redistribution of the raw file.

What You May Do

• Use the Asset in videos posted to social platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) as organic content.
• Use the Asset in monetized online videos (platform ads, channel monetization) and in sponsored content, provided it is posted as organic content (not a paid ad).
• Use the Asset on your website, landing pages, blogs, and online portfolios.
• Edit the Asset (trim, crop, color-grade, add titles, combine with other media) as part of a larger project.
• Use the Asset for internal content published online by your brand (e.g., product explainers, announcements) as long as it is not run as paid advertising.

What You May NOT Do

• Use the Asset in any paid advertising, including ads, boosted posts, sponsored placements, or paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Use the Asset for broadcast (TV), OTT/streaming distribution, cinema, or large-scale digital out-of-home displays.
• Use the Asset in client work where the Asset is transferred or licensed to a third party as the end customer.
• Resell, sublicense, share, gift, or redistribute the Asset as a file (including uploading it to stock sites).
• Use the Asset as a standalone product, template, “raw clip pack,” or primary value of a product for sale.
• Claim ownership of the Asset or register it as a trademark/logo.
• Use the Asset in unlawful, defamatory, or misleading contexts.

Seats / Users

This license covers use by the purchaser and their immediate team working under the same brand (e.g., a small creator team). It does not permit redistribution of the Asset file outside your team.

Attribution

Attribution is not required unless your checkout or download page explicitly says otherwise.

If You Need More Rights

If you plan to run the video as an advertisement (paid ads/boosted posts), distribute via broadcast/OTT, or use it for larger campaigns, you will need a Commercial (or higher) license.
