The Prosecco Wine Route (Italian: Strada del Prosecco) is one of the most scenic and historically significant wine routes in Italy, located in the rolling hills of the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene region in Veneto, northern Italy.

The wine route is set in the Treviso province, in an area that was awarded UNESCO World Heritage status in 2019 due to its unique combination of natural beauty and historical viticulture.

The landscape is characterized by steep hillsides, terraced vineyards, charming medieval villages, and expansive views over the lush valleys. Along the Prosecco Road, you pass through enchanting towns like Tarzo, San Pietro di Feletto and Rollo, each offering stunning views, historic churches and plenty of wine stops.

Rolle is home to the small Church of San Giacomo, a historic church and Tarzo has a few noteworthy churches, such as the Church of Santa Maria Assunta. These churches reflect the area’s deep-rooted historical and religious traditions.

The Prosecco Wine Route is a must-visit destination for wine lovers and travelers seeking to explore the heart of Italy’s sparkling wine country.
