Deeply Calming and Highly Recommended

I highly recommend this DVD—after obtaining the appropriate permissions and licensing—for all medical offices and waiting areas in place of loud televisions. The scenes are deeply calming and would help allay fears, reduce anxiety, and even lower blood pressure. The DVD includes a 30-minute “movie,” five pond scenes, and a “soothing scenes” segment. The movie (sunrise to sunset) features grazing deer, monkeys, colorful birds, waterfowl, and sleepy-eyed owls, all captured with relaxing music and without upsetting predator/prey moments. Tony’s cinematography is stunning. The five pond scenes feel like looking out a window or resting on a bench—ducks, geese, a few grazing animals, and pure nature sounds. The final “soothing scenes” segment eases the day to a beautiful sunset. Play any segment or loop them all continuously. Fantastic in any setting.
