There are six tracks on this DVD. My favorites are “Sunset Karsts” and “Through the Jungle.” The scenery is peaceful, with only a few vehicles or people—almost perfect solitude. Definitely a five-star forest walk experience!
This DVD offers great variety for forest and nature lovers—walks on country paths, cycling routes, or peaceful jogs through greenery. Lush tropical trees, limestone cliffs, blue sky, and bright sun make it wonderfully realistic. Perfect for treadmill or exercise bike workouts. Relaxing, authentic, and highly recommended.
Love the pace for rebounder jogging—steady and smooth, ideal for those prone to motion nausea. Would love to see more scenes with small villages, but this one is perfectly relaxing.
